Profile
Ernie has consistently served as a Top Producing agent with Frank
Howard Allen. In addition to handling sales for traditional Residential,
Luxury and Commercial properties, he has successfully sold architectural
estates for designers such as one of our very own distinguished
local fine art sculpture artists living locally on the North Coast.
Ernie naturally gravitated to his interest in the local wine making
region, successfully selling country property, including unimproved
land, ranches and vineyards as well as selling North Coast sea
view estates. At the same time his team is eager and willing to
work any property.
Service
Ernie is recognized for his sales team’s approach to all
specialty properties. He has helped buyers operating under LLC
or designated Corporations to acquire their specialty or investment
property and he offers desirable counsel that continues even after
the sale. Mr. Basoco provides homeowners with original drawings,
resources on maintaining the integrity of the property, and information
about what best the wine region affords in lifestyle and luxury.
Ernie is recognized as a professional by the Institute for Luxury
Home Marketing and by the Wall Street Journal.
Personal
Endorsed by local attorneys specializing in estate planning, real
estate trusts, and estate administration, Ernie has cultivated
a small business network with other industry professionals who
value exceptional service and skill. The local quality of life
in Northern California’s wine making region is certainly
matched by a local diversified economy, with the sense of many
local family businesses and small business operations flourishing.
The quality of a sales transaction with Ernie is equally important
and enforced by his commitment in the following areas: Communication
and follow through, personalized service, competence, professionalism.
Achievements
Before embarking on his real estate career Ernie spent the prior
seven years in marketing and sales, building early stage development
companies, serving small and medium commercial enterprise technology
businesses. Ernie’s first early stage company enterprise
role began without a marketing team until being assigned these
initial responsibilities, resulting later in a company acquisition
for $325 million. He also worked and traveled extensively during
this time to Italy, France, Japan, and South America. Ernie first
began his career as an associate at Teradyne located in Agoura
Hills, CA in 1993. He is a graduate of both the school of Engineering
at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and the Graziadio School of Business
at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
