before the fiscal tax year of mid-2009. Together we tailored a custom
marketing plan for each of the properties before publicly releasing
each of the listings for sale. Not only did we complete the sales
for each of the properties within the timeframe, both properties
sold at or above the established market pricing. Larry commended,

internationally acclaimed designer and sculptor, purchasing a most
exclusive parcel of property in the Sonoma-Napa region offering
an isolated private meadowland of naturally preserved rolling oak
trees. From there the latest work of functional art was created:
An architectural estate inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and the late
Richard Neutra. After meeting with the property owners soon after the final construction
of the estate, the continued vision of our marketing plan was ready
for its release, much like a composed work of music. The elements
of fine art and sculpture, architecture, nature, structure, and
harmony met when we brought the Buyer to the sale. One of the most inspiring aspects to the sale was understanding
how the Buyer adopted this vision and personalized the estate. This
inspiration was also a point of emphasis for Alex who commented,
“Seeing you further this vision is what I imagined with the
sale.”

With nothing more than the scenic parcel, engineering reports, and architectural design plans, we marketed and sold this rural scenic land parcel in a few months inside the spring season.
