Eric & Christine (and Mike)
Currently they live just outside of metropolitan Oakland, where Eric currently owns and runs a successful computer consulting business. Christine has consistently been a much sought-after school teacher in mathematics. After spending some time online to identify their next investment property purchase, Eric and Christine realized they needed a local professional to meet the demands of their schedule. We were then introduced through a trusted local referral. Effectively, they completed their next purchase in a multiple-offer environment.

One of Eric and Christine's closest in-laws, Mike, was involved in each step of the buying process. Mike also became the tenant for this investment property purchase. At the close of the sale, Mike emphasized, "Ernie handled the purchase with the right level of diligence and skill considering there were seven offers in total."

Larry
Larry is a local retiree and trustee of the family trust originating from his parents. Shortly after establishing the family trust through his legal counsel in 2009, two estates were identified for selling from the trust. We were introduced through referral from the local law office.

Larry had a timeline objective in selling each of the properties before the fiscal tax year of mid-2009. Together we tailored a custom marketing plan for each of the properties before publicly releasing each of the listings for sale. Not only did we complete the sales for each of the properties within the timeframe, both properties sold at or above the established market pricing. Larry commended,

Alex and Sarah
Alex is the general manager and partner for a global fine art business and has consulted with many international business leaders on successful indoor and outdoor installations, complimenting the natural surroundings among many commercial and residential estates.

Alex took this vision one step further when he partnered with an internationally acclaimed designer and sculptor, purchasing a most exclusive parcel of property in the Sonoma-Napa region offering an isolated private meadowland of naturally preserved rolling oak trees. From there the latest work of functional art was created: An architectural estate inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and the late Richard Neutra.

After meeting with the property owners soon after the final construction of the estate, the continued vision of our marketing plan was ready for its release, much like a composed work of music. The elements of fine art and sculpture, architecture, nature, structure, and harmony met when we brought the Buyer to the sale.

One of the most inspiring aspects to the sale was understanding how the Buyer adopted this vision and personalized the estate. This inspiration was also a point of emphasis for Alex who commented, “Seeing you further this vision is what I imagined with the sale.”

Pierre and Burnadette
Both are great friends through their long time family ties and both are business partners. Early on they acquired a high profile commercial property in the Sonoma region, mainly for strategic purposes.

With both Pierre and Burnadette residing outside the Sonoma region in the greater San Francisco metropolitan area, they needed a local professional to meet the demands of not only their schedule but the marketing and negotiation phases of their property sale. Shortly after being approached by Pierre and Burnadette initially, we customized a personal marketing plan for their high profile property.

Through the entire phase of handling the commercial listing Pierre commended, “Ernie maintained such a level headed approach when dealing with all aspects through the negotiation phase of the sale--from handling demands of the president and CEO of the buyer’s firm to the consultants and agencies involved on the entire project.”

Jeanie
Jeanie is a successful entrepreneur and is experienced with developing specialty property parcels. The stage for Jeanie’s property was an isolated rural residential building site called Whispering Pines, which can easily be pictured as a Lake Tahoe in the wine country, nestled outside St. Helena on the Sonoma County line side.

With nothing more than the scenic parcel, engineering reports, and architectural design plans, we marketed and sold this rural scenic land parcel in a few months inside the spring season. Jeanie commended, “Thank you for accomplishing a long list of items for selling the property that included a partial reconveyance with bank authorization, obtaining surveyor maps, and working through the appraisal.”
